We are looking for worker shares to join us for the 2024 growing season!

Interested in learning about what it takes to get produce to our members? Work with us in exchange for your CSA share. The total hour commitment depends on the share you would like to receive. See position descriptions below. The shifts listed are our preferred times, but we are open to partial worker shares and other schedules.

Field Work (May-October): Thursdays from 8:30-11:30am. Tasks will include a variety of physical labor but will focus mainly on weeding. This is a great opportunity to be intimately connected to the farm - both the land and the farmers. That being said, work on the farm is not easy! We work in ALL weather conditions, and the work can be repetitive. Experience with work outside and/or gardening is preferred, but not required.

Pack Shed Work (June-October): Mondays from 8:30-11:30am or Tuesdays from 8-11am. Each week, our team works together to prepare for and pack our customized CSA shares on Tuesday mornings. We are looking for individuals who: have attention to detail, high efficiency, and work well with a team.
