When can I log in and make changes to my box?

You can log in and personalize your share from 5pm on Friday to 8pm on Sunday. If you are opted in to receive text messages, you will receive a login reminder text at 5pm. All members will receive a login reminder email.

Can I choose add-ons, instead of vegetables, to use up my Farm Credit?

Yes, anything we offer can be swapped for or purchased with farm credit. This includes eggs and products from our farm partners (mushrooms, grain, fruit, etc). 

What if the ordering period has closed? Can I still change my order?

Once the ordering period closes, your order is finalized and cannot be changed. This gives us a day to harvest and pack your order. Changes to your delivery point must also be done before the ordering period closes.

How do I customize my box?

If you see an item in your share that you don't want, click the Remove button below. That item's value can be used to purchase any of the many items we carry. The value of any "removed" item becomes Farm Credit. You are not required to use up your Farm Credit for each delivery. Up to $50 is available for use in future weeks. If you want to place a large order, its no problem to add additional items from what we have available. Simply click "add to box" below the item and it will arrive on your delivery day. There is no need to "checkout" or pay immediately. You will be billed for any extra items in your web account when the ordering period ends.

When can I pick up my box at your delivery points?

Shares are delivered on Wednesdays.

  • Hillsboro: County Market, 300 Water Avenue - 9am-7pm

    • Shares are delivered to the parcel pickup area under the overhang. You can enter from the outside or from inside County Market. The door is by the greeting card section. 

  • Hillsboro: Let's Shine Coffee, 815 Water Avenue - 9am-3pm 

    • Marnie and her lovely staff will be happy to help you.

  • Mauston School District (employees only), 510 Grayside Avenue - 1:30pm-5pm

    • Shares are delivered to the District Office.

  • Mauston: Mile Bluff Clinic (employees only), 1040 Division Street - 1:30pm-5pm

    • The shares will be located in the hallway behind the clinic training room.

  • Mauston: The Red Geranium, 514 Mansion Street - 1pm-5pm

  • Necedah School District, 1801 South Main Street - 11am-3:30pm

    • Shares are delivered outside of the District Office.

  • New Lisbon Family Medical Center, 901 West Bridge Street - 10am to 4:30pm

    • Park in the back. Next to the rear entrance, there is a doorbell. Ring the bell, and the staff will show you to the shares.

  • Reedsburg: Member’s Home - 3pm-6pm

  • Tomah: Brick Sip Haus, 800 Superior St - 3pm-9pm

    • Shares are located inside.

  • Wonewoc: Meadowlark Community Farm, W8130 Van Wormer Road - 3pm-6pm (on-farm pick up can be arranged anytime from Wednesday to Saturday)

    • Shares can be found inside of our walk-in cooler. When you come to the farm for the first time, please call or text our cellphone at 608-462-3270. We will show you where the shares are located. We have1 dog, Dexter. He is protective, but settles down once he gets used to you. It is best to ignore him.

What if I am going on vacation and can't pick up my box?  Can I get more veggies in future weeks?

Yes, up to $50 of Farm Credit will carry over from week to week until it is used. Any time you are unable to pick up a box, log in during the delivery's open period and click the Cancel Order button. This will let us know not to deliver a box to you. The value of the veggies removed adds to your Farm Credit up to $50.

How do I cancel my share ahead of time?

Log into your account at any time and click on the Settings link at the top of the page. Near the top of the page, you will see a red button. Click the Cancel Upcoming Deliveries button, then scroll through the list of upcoming deliveries. Click on the Cancel button next to the week(s) that you will be away.  The value of the cancelled share is credited after that distibution is closed. In other words, cancelling a share scheduled for 2 months from now will not add credit to your account today.

When are payments due?

We ask that you send payment once a month, at your convenience, or when your account owes more than $50. To simplify payment, we establish a farm web account for you. Your farm web account allows you to order extras without having to make a payment each time. It also allows us to easily give you credits or refunds. If your account balance is positive, there is no need to send in any payment. Your account will automatically be charged your monthly share price on the 1st of each month. (Fall shares will be charged on 10/25 and 11/22.) If you have pre-paid, these charges will draw down on your positive balance. To view your specific account charges: in your member account, click the account link at the top of the ordering page and scroll to the bottom of the new page.

What are my payment options?

  • Paypal: Payment can be made by credit card or debit card through Paypal. Click the Paypal logo on the main ordering page and fill in your payment amount. Paypal charges 3.49% + $0.49 per transaction for this service.

  • Check: Send a paper check for your full payment or - if selecting the payment plan - you may send postdated checks for each monthly installment. Checks can be mailed to: Meadowlark Community Farm, W8130 Van Wormer Rd, Wonewoc, WI 53968

  • Bill Pay: Use your bank's free Bill Pay service to make and schedule payments. Use Meadowlark Community Farm, W8130 Van Wormer Rd, Wonewoc, WI 53968 for the payee information. In the 'account number' field use your name or email associated with your Meadowlark acount so we know who the payment should be applied to.

  • Person to Person Payment: Many banks offer this service as part of their Transfer module or through a third party such as Zelle.  It may be found under the transfer section of your online banking portal.  Add our secure deposit only checking account to your list of accounts in the Transfers page of your online banking portal and transfer directly from your bank to ours. Include your name or email associated with your Meadowlark account so we know whose account to apply the payment to. Transfers can be scheduled as one time or recurring. The routing number is 075903158. The account number is 132548.

Can I change delivery points mid-way through the season?

Yes, just select a different delivery point in your account settings, click Update, and we'll take it from there.  Please note that if you are trying to change your delivery point for the next delivery, you must do so before the ordering period closes.

How do I change my account password?

You can find a link to change your password when you log in and go to the Account Info page.

What if I forget to pick up my box at a delivery point? Is it still there?

Please make sure your box is picked up by the end time for your delivery point. Hosts have the right to remove unclaimed food at the appointed end time and use it as they see fit. 

How do I pick up my share from my delivery point?

Arrive at your pick up location during the scheduled pick up window and with reusable bags to transport your produce in. When you arrive at the drop site, you will find stickered produce boxes stacked. Locate the box (or boxes) with your name on it, remove the box liner full of produce, and carefully collapse the produce box. Be sure to check your label for multiple boxes (there will be a note stating 1/3, 2/3, etc). Out of respect for our site hosts, stack the empty produce boxes nicely. Produce boxes can be reused many times when handled carefully. Take home the box liner and your veggies. Happy eating!
