Seasonal Employment
It takes a village to feed our community. A small (but mighty) crew works hard to provide high quality, organic produce to our 175 CSA members. Become a part of our team!
We are a small crew and farm crew members participate in a wide array of activities throughout the season. We are looking for folk who are excited to learn about growing vegetables. Previous farming experience is very desirable, but not necessary. Compensation begins at $12-$14/hr. Applicants are welcome to apply for any or all of the following shifts.

SHIFTS:
Monday 8am – 4:30pm Pack Shed & Harvest
May 2nd-October 24th**
Thursday 8am – 12pm Field Work (two positions available)
April 28th-October 20th**
Friday 8am – 4:30pm Pack Shed & Harvest
April 29th-October 21st**
**If you are a student or are unable to work through the listed end dates, please still apply. The listed end date corresponds with the end of our summer season deliveries and is flexible.
SHIFT DETAILS:
Pack Shed & Harvest: Mondays and Fridays are our main harvest days. While all of the work on the farm is challenging and deeply rewarding, harvest and post-harvest handling possesses a special joy at seeing the end product ready for our customers’ kitchen. Tasks will include harvest, post-harvest handling, and packing. You will be working with Farmers Craig, Lauren, and Barb.
Field Work: Thursdays are focused on field work. You will be working with Farmer Craig and our wonderful worker share crew. Tasks will include weeding, transplanting, row-covering, irrigation, and some larger harvest tasks.
DESIRED SKILLS:
Ability to balance speed with quality of work
Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to follow directions
Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions
Ability to work with others in a crew
