Meadowlark Community Farm is proud to be in its 5th year offering CSA!
Community Supported Agriculture is a partnership between farmers and eaters. Our members purchase a share of our farm’s produce prior to the beginning of the growing season. In return, you’ll receive a beautiful assortment of in-season, organic produce. Your upfront commitment allows us to plan for and cash flow the growing season. It’s a direct relationship with your farm, your farmers, and your food.
Personalized CSA Shares
2019 will be our inaugural season using Harvie. This software platform enables us to create personalized shares based on your preferences. We are able to better serve your needs, decrease food waste, improve member satisfaction, and give you more tools to cook what we deliver to you.
We offer 3 CSA seasons: spring, summer, and fall/winter.
Spring shares are sold out for the 2019 CSA season, but summer and fall/winter shares are still available!
For our summer CSA season, we have two share sizes and two frequencies for you to choose from. There is a share sized to fit each and every household!
For more information on available shares, visit our Harvie sign-up page.
Pick Up Locations
Shares are delivered on Wednesdays to the pick up location of your choosing - in Wonewoc, Hillsboro, New Lisbon, Necedah, Mauston, or Reedsburg.
All payments must be made online.
There are two payment options:
1) You can pay upfront for the season
2) You pay 25% when you sign up, 25% at the first delivery, and then each week you pay 50% of that weeks balance. These weekly payments will be automatically billed to your credit card.
Benefits of Being a CSA Member
High Quality Food - A weekly (or bi-weekly) box of produce produced by us. We pride ourselves in the quality and the cleanliness of our produce. With a brief time frame between harvest and your table, our produce is amazingly fresh and packed with nutrients.
Peace of Mind - Your delicious vegetables are certified organic - produced with care for our ecosystem.
Healthy Eating - We grow a wide variety of vegetables to help fill your plate with healthy options. We believe that the missing link to optimum health is family meals. CSA challenges us to cook more at home and to share meals together.
Support the Local Economy – Participation in CSA means that your daily meals have deep impact on the local economy. Your direct investment allows us to purchase supplies and build a sustainable, resilient business.
Transparency - With our on-farm events, you are invited to come out to the farm throughout the growing season. We are your farmers, and our farm is your farm!
